Work
What we've built, and what it changed.
Four recent builds. Each one is a tool the business owns, built around how the team already works. Here's the short version of each: the problem, what we built, and what changed.
Estimating and product platform
For a retaining wall manufacturer.
The problem
It started as a basic estimating idea in a single spreadsheet. The product needed estimating, documentation, training and one place for clients to find it all.
What we built
- An estimating system: civil data points go in, and out come cost estimates and a visual of the retaining wall.
- A guard rail evaluation calculator, and a geotechnical calculator with a user guide.
- A 33 page installation manual covering an 11 stage process, plus a technical manual and a QA checklist.
- An engineering details booklet and product cutsheets.
- A lunch and learn training presentation, as slides and video.
- A web portal where clients reach the documentation.
What changed
From a single spreadsheet to a complete product ecosystem. What began as an estimating idea is now a fully integrated product platform.
Instant quote estimator
For a pressure washing company.
The problem
A homeowner wants a rough price before they book anyone. Most companies can't give one without a callback or a drive out first.
What we built
- The customer types their address.
- The tool finds the building's outline in the City's public map data.
- It asks a few quick questions: storeys, surfaces, extras.
- It shows an early price within minutes, from the company's own rate card.
Every price is labelled an early estimate and confirmed at the site visit. Steep roofs and unusual jobs are flagged for a site visit instead of an instant price.
What changed
The sample is built. It isn't live yet, so there are no results to report.
- Type an address
- We find the outline
- Walls and storeys
- Three ways to do it
The real screen

Project hub
For owners, developers and the teams running their builds.
The problem
On a build, the budget, the reviews and the approvals sit in different places, and the answer to "where are we" depends on who you ask.
What we built
- One place for portfolio, preconstruction and construction admin.
- One sign in and one access list for the whole team.
- Claude works from the same records, so the answer in chat matches the screen.
- Reviews that run today: budget oversight, cost tracking, capital approval prep, site issue documentation, schedule delay review and cost impact analysis.
Anything that changes a status goes through an approval. A single review can be shared with an outside consultant through a link they can view but not change.
What changed
We run our own projects on it today.

A CRM in your Microsoft 365
For firms that already run on Microsoft 365.
The problem
Most CRMs are one more system to keep up to date, so the pipeline drifts back into a spreadsheet and someone's inbox.
What we built
- Accounts, contacts, deals and reminders to follow up, kept in lists inside the company's own Microsoft 365.
- You ask Claude to add a contact, log a call or move a deal.
Every change leaves a record of who made it. The AI never deletes anything. The data never leaves the company's own Microsoft 365.
What changed
We run our own pipeline on it.
