One engagement, three gates. You only move forward when the last gate proved its worth, so you're never quoting a build before you've seen it work. Each gate is a decision point, not a commitment to the next.

Sector 3: Your Own Tool
"I want a tool that already works, set up for my business."

For a tool we've already built, like a quote tool, an estimator or a project tracker, set up on your own catalogue and your own prices. Your team learns to run it and change it. Then it's yours, with no monthly fee from us.

    We set the tool up on your catalogue and your prices. The fee includes the setup hours. 50% deposit before the build starts.

  2. Months 1 to 3

    The rollout

    Monthly fee, three months

    Two training sessions a month, teaching your team to run the tool and change it.

    It's yours

    No monthly fee, forever

    Any running costs, such as map or image services, run on your own accounts.

A rollout across the whole company isn't a bigger version of a single project. It's discovery, enablement, install, the build itself, and the upkeep that keeps it earning its place. Each piece can run on its own or stack into a full program.

Pricing is tailored to each organization. The ranges below are indicative starting points, not fixed quotes. We scope to your size, your tools, and how deep the rollout goes.

Intake / Current State Map

Discovery, audit, and an action plan for where AI actually earns its keep.

Training

Team enablement: getting your people confident and productive with the tools.
$1,500 to $3,500 + tax

Setup

Licensing, install, and configuration. The plumbing done right the first time.

Good to know

  • All prices are in Canadian dollars. The Working Session is $250 flat, tax included. Everything else is plus GST.
  • Getting Started starts at $1,500 plus GST and includes the working session.
  • Claude seats are billed by Anthropic to your own account.
  • The Intake is a fixed fee for the stated hours. Work beyond that bills at $250/hr and is flagged before it's incurred. The Demo is a fixed scope.
  • Build & Install and Built for You each require a 50% deposit before the build starts.
  • Built for You is quoted per tool: one flat build fee that includes the setup hours, then a monthly fee for the three month rollout. After that there is no monthly fee from us. Running costs, such as map or image services, run on your own accounts.
  • No standing discounts or credits.
