- A conversation to catch the workflows the form missed.
- A setup matched to each person's role and technical level.
- Out of it: a record for each person, a risk report on unmanaged AI use, and a tool plan by role.
Ops Engagement
- The company layer first: enterprise agreements, zero data retention, permissions and usage policies.
- A personal setup for each person, based on their intake.
- Training with each person, using their actual workflows.
- Workflows built for the company, for each role and for each person, all tested before handoff.
Ongoing
- Monthly spend reports by tool, team and user.

Intake and setup is a flat fee, known before we start. Ongoing work is billed for actual hours. No retainers for work that isn't happening, no minimums, and no long contracts unless you want one.
