I work as one person, end to end, for contractors, trades and field service businesses: I map how your business actually runs, systemize the workflows, and build in AI where it fits, process first. That covers the tools that quote, track and run the job, setting Claude up properly for your team, and the industry tools you already run (Procore, PlanGrid, Autodesk Build), but it's one integrated engagement, not separate services to coordinate.
Why one consultant for both the process and the AI?
Most AI projects fail because the workflow underneath was never mapped. I do the mapping, the systemizing, and the AI as one job — so the AI lands on a process that actually works. You're not coordinating a process consultant, a systems integrator, and an AI vendor and hoping they agree; you're hiring the person who does all three, in order.
How do you help teams start projects?
We define project scope, align stakeholders, and develop clear roadmaps. This approach ensures team clarity on responsibilities, timelines, and deliverables.
Do you provide support with technical systems and documentation?
Yes. We create implementation tools, workflows, and documentation systems, including custom checklists, platform setup, and integrated permitting and construction documentation.

We offer focused support for ongoing projects, such as schedule reviews, space plan validation, and consultant coordination to maintain project momentum.
What is AI integration?
AI integration means deploying artificial intelligence into your existing workflows — not replacing your team, but making them faster and more effective. We implement person by person, workflow by workflow, with enterprise security from day one.
How long does AI implementation take?
It depends on the size of your team. Getting Started is one working session plus the setup around it. A rollout across the whole company runs person by person in four phases: Assess, Intake, Ops Engagement and Ongoing. The first phase ends with an estimate and a proposal, so you know the scope before the rest begins.
What does AI integration cost?
Getting Started is from $1,500 plus GST. For a rollout across the whole company, intake and setup is a flat fee, known before we start, and ongoing work is billed for actual hours. Do I need technical staff for AI integration?
No. We select and train internal champions from your existing team. The champion role is about understanding workflows and driving adoption, not writing code.
